Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing. During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we work quickly to get your order on its way.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days (USA)

  • 7–14 business days (International, if applicable)

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to begin showing movement.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After the order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
We will gladly assist you in opening a claim, but we are not liable for:

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

For added peace of mind, we recommend using a secure delivery location.

Signature Requirement

Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for protection.

International Customs & Fees (if you ship internationally)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. These fees are not included in our pricing.

Pre-Order or Custom Wigs

Custom-made or pre-order units may require additional processing time. Estimated time will be stated on the product page.
