We take pride in providing premium-quality raw hair and wigs. Because each unit is carefully inspected before shipping, all sales are final. Please review our full policy below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of hair products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. This includes wigs, bundles, frontals, closures, and custom units.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges may be accepted only if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and the lace has not been cut or altered.
To qualify:

  • Hair must be in its original condition

  • Lace must be uncut

  • No styling, bleaching, dyeing, or manipulation

  • All original packaging must be included

If approved, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Custom Units

Custom-made wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us within 12 hoursof purchase.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after being handed over to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that your delivery area is secure.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your order, reach out to our support team and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Sent back in original or similar protective packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after your return is processed.

Final Sale Items

All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
