Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final once the hair has been opened, altered, installed, colored, or washed.
• We accept returns only for items that are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at rawnolace@gmail.com within the 7-day window to receive approval and return instructions.
• Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 3 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• After the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are missing original tags or packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different length or texture, pending availability.
• Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of receipt.
